Merico, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Merico,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are committed to protectingyour privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosedby Merico. By accessing or using the Merico Services, you signify that you have read, understood and agreeto our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this PrivacyPolicy and our Terms and Conditions. Any and all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy that are notdefined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE

2. HOW WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY TO COLLECTINFORMATION

We, and our third-party partners, automatically collect certain types of usage information when you accessor use the Merico Services, read our emails, or otherwise engage with us. We typically collect thisinformation through a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, Flash objects, web beacons, file information and similar technology (collectively, “tracking technologies”). For example, we collectinformation about your device and its software, such as your IP address, browser type, Internet serviceprovider, platform type, device type, operating system, date and time stamp, a unique ID that allows us touniquely identify your browser, mobile device or your account, and other such information. We also collectinformation about the way you use the Merico Services, for example, the site from which you came and thesite to which you are going when you leave our website, the pages you visit, the links you click, howfrequently you access the Merico Services, whether you open emails or click the links contained in emails,whether you access the Merico Services from multiple devices, and other actions you take on the MericoServices. We may collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic andusage trends for the Merico Services and to understand more about the demographics of our users. We mayalso work with third party partners to employ technologies, including the application of statistical modelingtools, which attempt to recognize you across multiple devices. Although we do our best to honor the privacypreferences of our users, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time.

We use or may use the data collected through tracking technologies to: (a) remember information so thatyou will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Merico Services; (b) providecustom, personalized content and information, including targeted content and advertising; (c) identify youacross multiple devices; (d) provide and monitor the effectiveness of the Merico Services; (e) monitoraggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on the MericoServices; (f) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (g) otherwise to plan for and enhance the MericoServices.

If you would prefer not to accept cookies, most browsers will allow you to: (i) change your browser settingsto notify you when you receive a cookie, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disableexisting cookies; or (iii) set your browser to automatically reject cookies. Please note that doing so maynegatively impact your experience using the Merico Services, as some features and services on the MericoServices may not work properly. Depending on your mobile device and operating system, you may not beable to delete or block all cookies. You may also set your e-mail options to prevent the automaticdownloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether you haveaccessed our e-mail and performed certain functions with it. Deleting cookies does not delete Local StorageObjects (LSOs) such as Flash objects and HTML5. Access to your Device Information. You may control the Merico Services’ access to your deviceinformation through your “Settings” app on your device.

How to control your communications preferences: You can stop receiving promotional emailcommunications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We makeevery effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of communications relatedto the Merico Services (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates tofeatures of the Merico Services, technical and security notices).

Modifying or deleting your information: If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, ordeleting your information, or if you want to remove your name or comments from the Merico Services, youcan contact us directly at legal@merico.dev. We may not be able to modify or delete your information inall circumstances.

5. THIRD PARTY TRACKING AND ONLINE ADVERTISING

We may share, or we may permit third party online advertising networks, social media companies and otherthird party services, to collect, information about your use of the Merico Services over time so that theymay play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on the Merico Services as well as on otherwebsites or applications, or on other devices you may use. Typically, though not always, the informationwe share is provided through cookies or similar tracking technologies, which recognize the device you areusing and collect information, including hashed data, click stream information, browser type, time and dateyou visited the site, and other information. This information is used to display targeted ads on or throughthe Merico Services or on other websites or applications, including on Facebook. We or the onlineadvertising networks use this information to make the advertisements you see online more relevant to your interests. As noted above, depending on your browser or mobile device, you may be able set your browserto delete or notify you of cookies and other tracking technology by actively managing the settings on yourbrowser or mobile device. 6. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing datacollection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, includingpersonal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as yourjurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which Mericoor its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure ofinformation about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

Keeping your information safe: We care about the security of your information and uses commerciallyreasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security ofall information collected through the Merico Services. However, no security system is impenetrable andwe cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our controlis compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situationand, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and takeother steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Merico does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13)years on the Merico Services. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personalinformation from a child under the age of thirteen (13) years, we will delete that information as quickly aspossible. 8. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Merico Services may contain links to and from third party websites of our business partners, advertisers,and social media sites and our users may post links to third party websites. If you follow a link to any ofthese websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not acceptany responsibility or liability for their policies. We strongly recommend that you read their privacy policiesand terms and conditions of use to understand how they collect, use, and share information. We are notresponsible for the privacy practices or the content on the websites of third-party sites.
